Good morning. This is Dr. Joe Cincotta. I want to ask you to consider attending a Health Fair on Saturday morning September 15th to be held at the central office of Heritage Medical Group. The Health Fair will run from 7 AM to Noon and will feature a variety of health information and access to several medical tests. These will include cholesterol, blood sugar, osteoporosis screening, stroke risk assessment and much more. Also, bring the kids along for a variety of activities they will enjoy. Our main office is located at 3 Walnut St. in Lemoyne. You can call 761-0208 if you need more detailed directions or pick up a flyer at one of our Heritage Medical Group offices.
