Some infants have white dots over thier nose. These are called Milia and are harmless. They will disappear without treatment

Pimples on cheeks and chins are called newborn ance and are one of the most common newborn rashes. This rash will resolve itself in 6-8 weeks. An effective treatment is to clean the area with mild soap once or twice daily. Oils, lotions, and creams will only worsen the problem.
